Ulteriori chiusure includono parti del FDR. Per quanto riguarda gli orari dei treni, la Metro North subirà alcune modifiche venerdì 25 settembre 2015. Effettuerà tre treni in entrata aggiuntivi, lasciando Poughkeepsie sulla linea Hudson alle 10:37; Sud-est sulla Harlem Line alle 10:08; e Fairfield Metro sulla New Haven Line alle 11:00 secondo LoHud .
Per il treno PATH, venerdì ci sarà un servizio extra sulle linee Journal Square fino alla 33rd Street e Hoboken verso la 33rd Street.
